Yoga sequence to do at home:
1. Start on all four, shoulders down (think as if you have pencils under your arms and they can't fall down)
2. Up to downward facing dog, push on your hands, try to crush your heels on the floor
3. Move to plank
4. Down to baby cobra
5. Up again... to downward facing dog, and so on.
The idea is never to move your footholds and handholds during the entire sequence.
